Princeton Shapes

I was walking through Princeton University around dusk. And, I kept finding shadowy structures creating striking juxtapositions with their environment. Everything that caught my eye seemed to jut out into the sky, or wrap around it like a steel blanket. There was one sculpture in particular that—when viewed from the right angle—took on the appearance of a gateway, or monolith. It’s interesting how the forms and shapes around us can be transformed, just by the time of day, and the way we tilt our heads.
